Discover Santorini

A gem of the Aegean Sea

About Santorini

Santorini, officially known as Thira, is a volcanic island in the Cyclades group of the Greek islands. It is famous for its dramatic views, stunning sunsets, white-washed buildings, and its own active volcano.

The island was devastated by a volcanic eruption in the 16th century BC, forever shaping its rugged landscape. The whitewashed, cubiform houses of its two principal towns, Fira and Oia, cling to cliffs above an underwater caldera (crater).

Today, Santorini is one of Greece's most popular tourist destinations, known for its romantic setting, luxury accommodations, and breathtaking views.
